I have been boiling my water the night before to burn off chlorine for brewing. I just discovered an artesian well park within a few miles from my house. I used it last weekend to provide my water for a British IPA and the Mash PH was perfect right out of the TUN without having to add anything.
If I have not add anything for mashing, should I have to add acid to the sparge water? I am fly sparging? Is there any other considerations with this water. Here is a link to historic sampling of the well.
