I have been using the Beersmith 2 brewsheet, but I was wondering if there is anything else out there that is easier to use and formatted to fit one page?

Thanks

As far as putting everything on one page; the only thing I can recommend is take an hour or so to make a template on the word processor of your choice.
Typically I edit plain text beersmith in notepad and pencil notes as I go.
Where it prints recipe specs like grav and volume I write in what it actually was to the right. Messy but it fits a page; I often pencil everything.

I am absent minded enough I am going to implement a single page checklist just for equipment to clean before and after.

That is very nice. Especially the flavor evaluation.

I use beersmith and I found with a little patience it is awesome. I've used it when I was extract brewing and now all grain.
