I bottled 4.5 gallons of a honey wheat using enough priming sugar for a 5 gallon batch on 11/11/11. I opened one up on the 21 and it is very foamy but there is definitely CO2 in the beer because it was bubbling from everywhere in the glass below the big white head.
I'm learning on here that perhaps I haven't given this beer enough time for the CO2 to dissolve into the beer; but, again, there are lots of bubbles coming out of the beer itself.
Is there any way to fix this problem? I need to serve this beer tonight. Can I pour a few bottles into a pitcher and let it settle for 30 min?
Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Cheers.
