Getting hop bag out of the keg, if I can't can I add gelatin anyways?

I threw a dry hop bag in my keg with some whole leaf hops, expecting that they'd float on top and I'd be able to cold crash it, open the keg and pull out the hop bag, and add some gelatin to clear the keg. I cold crashed and opened the keg up and it looks like the hop bag floated down into the keg and I can't get it. Should I still throw some gelatin in there or am I screwed on expecting to get clear beer? Are there any ways to get the bag out?

If it was me I would just take apart a metal hanger, clean & sanitize it and gently hook the bag out.

I can fish bags out of my keg with my long handled stainless spoon.

I wouldn't bother adding gelatin until after the bag is out of the keg.
