some crazy stuff, seems this guy is border line pro - at least equipment wise

I question the use of the garbage cans, but what do I know.. I guess they just need to be clean..

Naaw. They make food grade trask cans for food service industry.

More impressive are the drum kettles. Geesh! 55 gallons of homebrew per batch. Ya' gotta really love that recipe.
