I completed my first batch of Mozzarella cheese a few weeks ago. I took a bunch of pictures but I am now just getting around to posting them up.
The kit itself is pretty straight forward and the directions are slightly vague but good enough to point you in the right direction. The hardest issue that I had was finding milk that was suitable to use. The first attempt was unfortunately a failure because I had used Ultra Pasteurized milk.
The second attempt was successful and here are the pics! Bruntons Milk which is made about 15 miles from where I live was used for this batch. My overall impressions were good. The cheese was good but a little bland. I am guess that has to do with the milk I used more than the process.
