So here is what I'm thinking
80% pils
10% wheat malt
5% flaked (possibly instant) oats
5% acid malt
2 fermenters
pitching 1/2 with brett c
1/2 with brett a
I have a lot of aged styrian goldings and I'm wondering if this would be a good beer to use them in. Any thoughts?
