Brewing a stout that the OG should have been 1.070 but the grain soaked more heat than I calculated for and the wort came out at 1.060...I am dissapoint.

Should still be good but this was a stupid mistake on my part and I can't help but be a little pissed. I'm gonna drink a few tonight.
 
Yeah the wort tastes great and I kinda have to roll with it either way...or I can explain to the bosss why I dumped 3bbl :eek:

It is just the first time I have missed the mark by that much and it stung a little because I was wanting to put out a nice stout in the 8% range instead of the 6% range.
