What Should I Brew Tomorrow

I'm off tomorrow and I want to brew. I was going to do a Vanilla Porter and I may but I thought I'd ask and see what advice I got. It needs to be an ale and a 5 gallon batch. It also needs to use the grain I have on hand so here is what I have:

5# or more

MO
2-Row
Pils
Munich
Vienna
60L
Chocolate
Cara-Pils
120L

4- 12oz of the following
Special Roast
40L
Flaked Wheat
Roasted Barley
Cara Amber
20L

I also have US-04, US-05 Nottingham, and a German Ale yeast.

So what do you think?

oh yeah +1, getting my summer beers planned but also thinking of another winter brew to age.

Belgian Dark Strong gets my vote for one to age. Except you don't have the yeast... hmm...

Brooklyn summer ale clone!

I do have both abbey and Trappist yeasts but I just brewed them last month and I'm going to keg them today.

I have Fuggle, N. Brewer, Tett, Hallertauer, Saaz, Cascade and Willamette. I also have less than an oz of a few others that escape me.

First AG brew. Plus i haven't done even an extract in 14 years. Should be a wild ride.
