I've been homebrewing for about a year or so. I've brewed 5 extract/partial-mash and just brewed my first all grain 3 days ago. This site has helped a lot especially with my experimental brews, including a successful 90 min. IPA and a failed Chocolate Banana brew. Decided to sign up and support the site.

Awesome! How are you controlling ferm temps down there? I lived in Kendall for 25 years, I miss it!

We always have the AC on pretty much all year round. It stays about 75 F in the room where I keep my primary. I have a fridge in the back that has room and can ferment at lager temps. I'm pretty much forced to ferment at 73-78 F most of the time because I'm more of an Ale guy.
