Hello all, I was wondering if it would be bad to leave my beer in the secondary fermenter out in my garage? The temperature in my garage ranges from 68 deg F to 85 deg F. Will this cause any off flavours? The primary fermentation took 11 days.

Thanks.

Its less than ideal but your beer will be fine. The one concern I would have is that when your beer cools down at night it may suck back whatever you have in your airlock. Most issues with off flavours from high temperatures is during the fermentation phase - I assume you didn't ferment under those conditions. Is there no place in your house that is dark and doesn't fluctuate that much? A closet? Basement?. Laundry room?

yeah I could put it in my basement i guess. Its in a keg right now, so I don't have to worry about the airlock issue.

Thanks for your response.
