Oh man. Still it will hold me over knowing it is coming. DA:3 was announced, but with no date yet, I'm just hoping it's not rushed. I'll wait till '14 if they do it correctly. Same with Witcher, if it's done correctly and not rushed, it's worth the wait.
I'm still looking for what I'm going to be playing in the Spring and Summer. Nothing is really jumping at me as a "gotta have" for my taste in games.
Mass Effect series is great. Played many hours Mass Effect 3 multiplayer.
I didnt even know Witcher was coming out with another sequel.
Witcher 2 was pretty ok, in my opinino, better than a lot of others, but it was nowhere near its predecessor. Also, good a character as Triss is, its a lot more fun to watch Geralt boink his way around the multiverse.
W2 WAS the first time anyone tried to give trolls some nuance though... that was cool.
I never played the first one. Can't afford a nice gaming rig. Compared to other xbox RPGs, #2 is one of the best by far. There were rumors of #1 being ported to the xbox though. I'd love to see that.
I didn't pick up ME3 cause I heard everyone ***** about the ending but now that the game is down to being like 30 bucks I think I will pick it up.
I believe they released an alternate ending after the uproar.
Unless they've done so again, their expanded ending really wasn't much different and still followed the same lame concept of the first ending.

I've really enjoyed the storyline in the series despite the ending of the third. The story and choices you get make along the way add to the experience.
@weirdboy The Walking Dead just won a bunch of awards at the Spike VGAs, I haven't seen the show or played the game but I'm definitely interested in both. Do you think it's important to watch the show before playing the games? Or vice versa?
I also have been playing through the original Fallout on my laptop, not for nostalgia because when it came out I could never get the damn game to install and run properly. But, now I can so I'm playing it.
i bought the fallout pack off of steam a few years back.
dear lord is the original fallout facking hard.
Also, I heard a lot of bad things about metro 2033, but was always interested in it ... worth it ?

Looks like the PS4 will be announced officially on February 20th. Word is it's due out for the holiday season, or earlier, and will feature a brand new controller that has a video screen where the start, select, and PS button are. Rumor is that that screen will allow you to share your screen captures and videos from your game with friends with a click or two. They say the PS4 will record the last 15 minutes of gameplay constantly and allow you to go in and edit videos and share. So, anyone think it'll be cheaper than $600 at launch?
I heard it could be $350-399.

I'd be really tempted to buy it day one for $349.99, I'd probably wait till Black Friday or Christmas if it was more than that. That's assuming it's released in October like the article says. I think I paid 600 for the first PS3 when I was in Korea, it was so huge.
I don't buy systems at launch anymore. I'm gonna buy the WiiU but I'll wait til there's a Zelda game and/or Metroid game.
I agree. That whole red ring bullsh*t was ridiculous. You pay top dollar for a defective product.
