I have a good supply of older, mostly continental and/or noble variety hops that would be great for Lambics. Everything has been kept vacuum sealed, and is 2006-2008 harvest.

Everything is $5/oz plus shipping (probably a priority mail flat rate box). PM me to arrange PayPal payment. I'll update whats available as it's sold.

Whole Leaf:

Czech Saaz, 2007, 2.5% (4 1oz bags)
US Crystal, 2007, 4.4% (2 1oz bags)
US Cascade, 2006, 6.0% (1 2oz bag)
US Fuggles, 2006, 4.7% (2 2oz bags)
Ger Hallertauer, 2007, 4.1% (1 2oz bag)
East Kent Goldings, 2008, 4.2% (4 1oz bags)
Ger Spalt, 2008, 4.1% (1 6oz bag, willing to divide)

US Perle, 2007, 7.2% (1 2oz bag)
US Willamette, 2007, 5.4% (1 1oz bag)

I also have quite a bit of higher alpha US hops in similar sizes and ages. If you're interested please PM me and let me know what varieties you're interested in and I'll see what I have.

"Everything has been kept vacuum sealed, and is 2006-2008 harvest. "

If they were kept vacuum sealed, they're probably not suitable for lambics...

I would just put then on a tray half sorta crumbled in the kitchen somewhere and forget about them for a while.

Long legs means more room for beer!

I agree, I'm just saying he's justifying selling old hops for above market value because you could use them for lambics... and you can't.

well i had no idea what the market is for them. they went in the trash last night so it's a moo point (it's like a cows opinion, it doesn't matter:cross:).

Dude, I can't believe you trashed all them cheese curds! You could have at least given them to someone who brews Belgian style beer. Way to go!
