So I racked DFH clone and got it on the Dry Hops. 1 oz of Amarillo leaf, .5 oz Semcoe pellets and .5 oz Warrior pellets( LHBS out of leaf). Kind of dunked the bag to soak. 1.071 OG and 1.017 SG at racking, Plan to go 12 days in 2nd and then Crash cool @34f for two more days then Bottle. Assistant Jr agrees.

Wow- great pictures! My DFH clone is in primary right now, and I can't wait to dry hop it.

I need a brewing assistant like that- he's absolutely adorable!
