Hi all. My name is Summer. I'm starting my first Kombucha brew tomorrow and need help. I wanted to use the Weston price foundation recipe but in using a two gallon so ill probably Justus's nourished kitchen recipe for continuous brew. Any tea leaf suggestions? Can I keep the kid on jar if it has ahold in the lid? Also, my mother has been refrigerated for 4 days is that okay?
