I am new to brewing, have done about 3 batches so far. I have found that my kitchen stovetop is not big enough, I am getting a brown ring around the range. I want to move to outdoor brewing with a propane burner. I am new so I dont want anything too crazy, I read alot about Bayou Classic being a good brand. What do you think about the SP10 or SQ14? I dont need anything fancy, just want to get water to a boil fast, I am still on extract brewing with some steeping beforehand.
