batch no. 17 and I lost my Irish moss so i wasnt able to add it to the boil. I have heard some say to use gelatin in the secondary or at bottling/kegging.
Can I get this at a grocery store?
Is fruit pectin the same? (I have some)
Can I boil and add to secondary after racking? or should the beer be racked on top of the gelatin?
