So I meant to bring up my first lager to 60 for a d-rest and forgot I unplugged my fridge from my temp controller. I come down this morning and the thermometer in the fridge reads 25 degrees! Somehow the beer is not frozen. So do I just cut my losses and rack/lager? Or slowly bring it up to 60 over a couple of days? I now know I need to avoid.tinkering when I have had a few ;-)
