Time to ease off the training wheels and do a partial mash. Plush I'm going to do a unique recipe: Smoked Pepper Chocolate Bock!
2lb Munich Malt
1lb Caramel Munic
8oz chocolate Malt
3lb Dark DME
3lb Amber DME
.5 hallertauer
.5 hallertauer
.5 Spalt (finishing)
2lb Brown Sugar
10oz cocoa powder
.5lb jalapeno
6 seranos
2 habaneros
(all peppers will be smoked right before mashing and put into boil)
