Hey all, I am about to make a 5 gallon batch of Muscadine wine, the recipe calls for 30 pounds of muscadines, they are the purple ones, so I know I will have to ferment the hulls for a few days to get the color, that will be a lot of hulls in a fermenting bucket, do you all put all the hulls in there or just a few, Im assuming there will be too many hulls to mix everything up well, and wont that cause space issues with the 7 gallon bucket, I will be using the mesh bag to contain the hulls, any advice would be great, thanks.
