I am just about ready to bottle up my Guinness Clone. Since I dont have a nitro tap, I will be bottle conditioning with corn sugar. I was wondering how much corn sugar I should use for this particular style.

I usually use 1 oz of corn sugar to each gallon of beer for most styles. I know about Mr.Malty, but I know a a lot of the times the style guidelines there are pretty low carbed. Should I use 1oz for each gallon in this beer as well? My fear is that it will be too carbed for the dry stout style.

Thanks!
