My Beer

Well my first batch was successful! My brew was ready the day before the Superbowl. It was nice to not have to run out Saturday night to pick up beer for Sunday. My friends who tried it out liked it too.

It was cool to see how the taste changed from week one to week 3.

I think the Star San is still going a little crazy. Every time I was a bottle out it bubbles up like mad.

I will be bottling again this weekend for another 3-4 week wait.
