I just tried Old Knucklehead by Bridgeport Brewing in Portland, OR. It's got quite a sweet finish to it. Much different than other barleywine's I've had. Anyone have a recipe for this beer? Or maybe a suggestion or recipe for a beer like it that has a sweet dessert-like finish?

Never heard of your beer...maybe take a shot at the Lagunitas Brown Shugga clone. Technically its an American Strong but at 10% and with its sweetness, it would be a good starting place for where you want to go. Sorry I couldn't get you anything closer:
