I just tried Old Knucklehead by Bridgeport Brewing in Portland, OR. It's got quite a sweet finish to it. Much different than other barleywine's I've had. Anyone have a recipe for this beer? Or maybe a suggestion or recipe for a beer like it that has a sweet dessert-like finish?

Sounds like a lot of caramel malt was used (how dark was it?) and the BU:GU ratio is a bit lower than normal for an American Barleywine (usually 0.8 - 1.0).
