How do I find the alcohol perecentage in the final botteled beer, all I have is a hydrometer. Do I just need a different type of gauge, or test kit.... Probably could google but found this community and would rather talk with people than read and watch weirdos in their garages(like me)?

If you know your original gravity (OG) and final gravity (FG), the ABV can be calculated from the difference (essentially the change in sugar concentration). There are many, many calculators available online and in software, but here's the one I use: http://www.brewersfriend.com/abv-calculator/

Do you know your original gravity (after boil)? If you know that, and what it is now, you calculate it through any number of websites ex: http://www.brewersfriend.com/abv-calculator/
If it was a kit, often it will tell you what is was supposed to be and assuming all went well, you can use that. If not, post your recipe and we can give you a ball park range.
