I used a smack pack but the top blew out and I lost all but about a half cup of the yeast. I saved it as in the pic. I don't know by volume how much is in those packs. Thinking back now, I should have gotten 2 packs anyways. My OG was 1.082 (2 packs). Pitched last night around 11PM. Being a holiday I won't be able to get to the store until Tuesday. It will be almost three days untill I can pitch more yeast, is all lost?
