I tasted it and its not bad does the taste change much after it sits a couple of weeks in the bottles with the priming sugar?

Yes the taste will change...
Now comes the hard part... waiting for it to condition and carb up. It will be a long three weeks.
Brew another batch and get a good pipeline going and the waiting becomes easier.

Yea you'll see some change, not to mention the mouthfeel will make a bit difference. I like to grab one after two weeks (sometimes earlier) and actually takes notes to see how it changes. It gives you a good idea what to expect after you taste that final gravity sample.
Try one after 2weeks, you'll be impressed.
