Just ordered the Hank's Hefe recipe kit from Midwest! Pretty excited about it, love Hefes. Anyone else tried this one??

First time doing a wheat beer + first time doing the wyeast activator pack. Any advice?:ban:

I've never had this problem with 3068 or wlp 300 yeast. bubbles nicely but no heavy airlock activity at all. maybe it's because I use fermcap but I've never had a blowout
