Ingredients
Fruit Juices from Concentrate (Grape (71%), Apple (10%), Cranberry (9%), Raspberry (6%), Blackberry (4%)) , Vitamin C .

I don't see why not. Try a 1 gallon test batch first. With all the grape juice in there, it may be more like a wine though.

Real quick,

Make sure there are no preservatives (or at least not a ton of them), and I would take an sg reading before you add in any sugar, just to see what you are dealing with. It looks like it's mostly grape juice, which has a lot more sugar than apple juice, so this stuff will probably turn out as low grade wine if you let it ferment out all the way.
