I cooked out side yesterday, all was going well. The wort was cooling a little slower that hoped for. as it reached 78 degrees I noticed a hair floating in the wort. It was one hair about 1 inch long. I removed it with the thermomoter and pitched the yeast etc. etc.
Do you think this will be infected?
