I finally finished motorizing my Crankandstein and wanted to give it a good test.

I picked an American wheat beer that used red wheat berries (the hard unmalted stuff) and put it to the test. I set the gap at .018" and put the berries to it. Worked like a charm - sweet crush. I fed them in slow for the trial run at that gap, but it went so smooth, I probably won't screw with things. An extra 2 minutes isn't much.
