1 1/2oz Centennial
1oz Cascade Hops
2 Vials of American Ale Yeast and 1 packet of dry wine yeast
HOLY COW !!! I pitched an aerated around 7pm last night, and at 5am when I left for work the Krausen was almost out of the primary... when I got home at 2pm this afternoon the airlock has exploded and krausen is everywhere... but hey its ferminting like crazy
