I juiced a bunch of tangerines and got 24 oz. of juice. I wanted to add this to a secondary and rack an American wheat onto it. I think I will try to heat the juice to pasteurize it first before adding. Not to worried about haze since it is a wheat beer. I could also throw a Campden tab into further sanitize the juice. What do you guys think?
