I made a starter for this week-end, but its been a bust with rain today and 50% tomorrow. The starter is fully fermented with no activity. I want to save it until next week-end.
Do I:
Put the entire starter vial in the fridge?
Put the starter slury in the fridge?
Set the starter aside (70º) until next week-end?
