I bit the bullet and bought Beer Smith due to going all grain. One question I have, on the mash profile, it shows the amount of water and temp to put in for the mash, but nothing on amounts and temps for the sparge. I selected single infusion - batch sparge for the profile.
Am I missing something? How do I find out spage avolumes and temps?
