Thanks guys. Well aware of Omission. I have emailed several breweries and have been anxiously awaiting feedback. I will gladly post any feedback I get from the several I reached out to.

    Clarity Ferm in commercial beer

Not looking to get into a debate over this product. Not looking for a science lesson or medical advice either. I'm a gluten intolerant home brewer that has had success using clarity ferm in APA and IPA beers. I would love to know what commercial brewers are using clarity ferm in their recipes...

    Tofu in beer?

I posted a thread asking what to use in GF brewing to get a good foamy head. Tons of views, not many answers. I found this GF brewing link and it mentions TOFU? Anyone try this? Here is the link: http://www.justbrewitjax.com/files/Gluten_free_beer_ingredients.doc

    GF grain gravity

Thanks for the reply and link. I don't think we are far away from an information explosion when it comes to GF brewing. "I don't know which is greater: my intolerance to gluten or my intolerance for inferior beer"

    Nelson Sauvin hop pairings?

After reading this I brewed a "Samurai Sauvin IPA" (Nelson Sauvin + Sorachi Ace). You are on the money. INSANE. 2 people have tried it and said not to lose the recipe! And don't believe all the Sorachi haters who claim "lemon pledge" smell and taste. They must have recipe flaws, sanitation...

Good Bittering Hop to compliment Nelson Sauvin

I bottled my Nelson and Sorachi Ace Hopbursted APA 10 days ago. Late additions were N.S. and so was dry hopping. And NO lemon pledge smell or taste from Sorachi. I use Galena quite a bit for neutral kettle bitters.
