    How long can beer sit in a carboy?

    How did it turn out!? I just bottled a Strong Belgian after 7 weeks in the carboy. It tasted like heaven, warm and clovey, perfect for the coming fall.

    I substituted the other grains with light wheat malt, cara aroma, und light Munich.... changed sugars to 1lb amber candy sugar and 1lb clear candy sugar... time to brew, dudes! =)

    Here is what I have: Golden Light Dry Malt Extract 6 lbs. WLP570 Belgian Golden Ale Yeast Tettnang hops 4 oz. I also have several other left over malts from my kits.. Carapils and chocolate I think.

    Fermentation smell

    brewing a brown ale with cascade, perle, and tettnang hops.. the fermentation smells awesome.. like fresh bread and dry hopped pale ale! :)
