    Racking to secondary

I live in florida and have a cooler I ferment in set to like 60 degrees which keeps the mead at around 62-64. Do I have to keep it at that temperature or can I keep it in my house which is around 74-76...

    Using tea bags for flavor?

I just kegged the beer! It came out great, it was a little lite in the apricot flavor so I put a teabag in a stainless steel tea ball and tossed it into the keg, what a great boost almost perfect amount of flavor! The beer has a hint of a black tea profile which balances out the hoppyness...

    Using tea bags for flavor?

Be careful when steeping tea too long it like anything else starts to release bad flavors when set for long periods, I will attach the advised times and temps per different teas...

    False bottom holes?

I use a tri-clover clamp or whatever it's called, it may also be called "sanitary fitting", of the 2 inch type, then I put another sanitary fitting which goes from 2 inch to 1in NPT threading in which I attach a elbow to a 12X1 inch NPT Nipple to a 1 inch ball valve to a 1 in NPT downspout...

Should I add anything to try to get it to clump together and sink?

I personally did not add any sugar and the tea tasted as bland as could be, no hint of sugar what-so-ever. But, there could be small amount of sugar in the apricot flowers...doesn't really look like krausen (bubbles from the tea) up top there, hopefully by tomorrow morning it all goes back down...
