So I made this mead seems to be doing well, I just got it off of the yeast and into a carboy. I live in florida and have a cooler I ferment in set to like 60 degrees which keeps the mead at around 62-64. Do I have to keep it at that temperature or can I keep it in my house which is around 74-76 degrees. Thanks in advance
