    How long will grains last after milling?

    gluten-free belgian clone

    Just wondering, where can you buy malted quinoa? I have a friend whos dad has a gluten alergy but loves beer and hes tired of using sorghum. Thanks!

    Specialty ingredients (pine)

    There was an epiosode of brewing tv where they made sahti using juniper bushe branches. They took the branches and the needles and lined the mash tun with them. It was very interesting. You could try it that way.

    Batches brewed in 2011

    Imtrashed, the peppercorn rye bock is currently lagering but when I racked it there was a hint of peppercorn, so I decided to 'dryhop' with about a tsp of pink peppercorns. Also, I used black and pink peppercorns in the boil. We'll see how it turns out. I really like pepper so im pretty excited...

    Question for the Michiganders

    Just to chime in, new holland and founders are two of my favorite breweries. If you go to new holland you have to get some dragons milk, its delicious.
