    thanks guys, it is still in the secondary...i hope that it is as good as it smells. I bought some IPA this week and they smell just alike. I love the hoppy flavor of an ipa i just hope that mine is that good. Cheers

    My long fermentation has finaly reached it FG after 10 days. Should i now let it sit for a day or two to keep the exta settlement out of the secondary, or should i just let it settle out in the secondary? :tank:

    Long Fermentation

    It has been 10 days now and the bubbling is nonexistent, but it does keep pressure in the bucket. I was going to move it to the secondary today and when i check the SG it was where it was supposed to be (1.012) from (1.060). My question now would be. As I looked at it closely, it has not settled...

    I personally love SweetWater BLUE out of ATL. I currently have and IPA American I from AHS going now and I purchased the Blueberry extract to go in before bottling. I am also curious to how it is going to turn out, but i'll keep ya'll up to date ont it.
