    When to Cool down my beer?

    So I have my beer bottles sitting around 68-72* for a few weeks now and I have good carbonation. My question is this... Do I have to put them in the frig or can I put them down stairs? The temp down stairs is around 63*. I do have lots of space to put them in the frig. What to do? Thanks

    Should I move my primary?

    I have a batch of Ale (my take on new castle) in the primary its been about 2 days and the temp is a little warm 75-77* I know that the first few day's of fermention it will get a little warn due to the yeast having a fun time! I'm guessing that it will stay at that temp over the next few...

    Hard Water Good or Bad????

    Well I have a old well thats only 30ft deep and the water that comes out is Very Hard water and we don't have a water softener. It does Not smell like eggs or anything and it taste great to me and other people that drink it. It does leave hard water marks on all of our dishes. My question is...

    Well Hello to all you beer drinkers and brewers.. My name is Jamie and I live in MN I'm new to brewing beer and love the idea that I (we) can make beer in our own homes! I have only brewed 2 time so far and looking to keep going for years to come. :)
