    Wine filter/pump FS or trade

I have a Buon Vino Mini Jet filter/pump I used once. it works great, I just am not using it enough to justify keeping it haha. If you check them on northern brewer or amazon I think they go for 175 and up. I would hope to get like 125, but I am willing to negotiate or trade.

    Barrel tapped kegerator

Step one removed the door and cut shelving off. Scraped foam insulation out to fit sanke(for cony only use, you could even skip this step making it a much shorter build) Once the insulation was off the door to make space for the keg, I built a wood frame around the outside. Closed with plywood...

    Building a 1bbl for $1600

Took an AV cart for 10 bucks on craigslist and drilled a hole in the top. I used tin snips or flight sheers w.e you call them cut a hole big enough to drop an old turkey fryer burner I had laying around in it. A buffer wheel on a drill and automotive body work kit smoothed it all out. Then, some...

made a cider... recipe is simple 3 gallons of homemade cider(so i know there are no preservatives) 1lbs brown sugar, some cinnamon and allspice.. OG was a bit low but still 1.040, so I pitched some champagne yeast (red star I think). It fermented one week then died. I added some yeast nutrient...

    Am I done? (almost braggot)

I'm made what is NOT officially a "braggot" because more then 1/2 of the fermentables are not honey. This Saturday will mark 3 weeks fermenting. My questions are, is 1.027 a good final gravity for this recipe? I have read a lot of things about how "dry" it should be at the end. My original was...
