    Double IPA

    Second batch ever. Good carbonation, head retention and great flavor. Overall very satisfied with my work. Feels good to pour a tall one and take in all the work I done. CHEERS!!

    Belgian IPA

    First ever brew just got done. I think I used a too much priming sugar. Used 5 oz but only had a little over 4 gallons of beer :( but still tastes pretty good. The end has a tab bit of off flavor but all in all I feel a good first batch. Cheers!!

    Bottled 14 32oz bottles....11 remain

    Did I bottle too soon or did I put too much beer in the bottles? I'm thinking I bottled a bit premature but I did let it ferment over 2 weeks like the recipe said. Its my first batch ever so was just wondering if anyone had some pointers so I can avoid this in the future. Good thing the bottles...

    It has been 15 days since I brewed this Belgian IPA and for 2 days now I have gotten the same gravity reading of 1.021. The recipe says a final gravity reading of 1.010-1.015 should be expected but 5 days ago I got a reading of 1.030 so it has gone down since and seeming to level out. Any...
