I wanted to update for anyone looking at this post in the future. I ended up having to replace my co2 regulator as even with the Aussie nut it didn't work. On the bright side my keezer and wine fridge have worked beautifully for about a year now.

I used to live in san diego and sculpin is one of my favorites. I now live in Melbourne and use hopdealzaustralia.com. you can get most lbs or 500g of hops for $25. They have nice selection and quality.

I think I will play with the grains and do some subbing. I also will reduce the falconers flight. It is a great hop but not true to yulesmith. I will post back if it is anything close.

No I decided against it. I am brewing an ipa tomorrow. Maybe I will give it a go. Have you tried to clone this beer before? I can't believe nobody else has tried to clone it

I dont like to dry hop in the keg at cold temps. The dry hoping is not very noticeable when I do it that way. But I wonder as it has been said here if you have a bad batch of hops. Where do you buy yours and how are they stored? I have noticed a big change in hop quality from different...

Or just use bottled water on your next batch. I had a bad problem with chlorimine in my tap water and it was still bad even with campden tablets.

Change all of the O rings on a used keg and use keg lube and try again. If it is still leaking it is probably a poppet. It shouldnt be loosing pressure if properly sealed.

Any thoughts? I do have a lot more hops and varieties if it looks low for that much malt.

I lived somewhere with a similar water source and I had a lot of problems with my brews even with the addition of campden. My 2cents it is worth paying for a different water source such as spring or distilled.
