    Anyone ever brew with bergamot?

    I brewed Randy's wheat last weekend. I used the zest of 2 oranges, and some coriander I crushed in my coffee grinder. I will post in a few weeks what it tastes like. It tasted good a few days ago when I used the hydrometer.

    I also am my worst critic. I did convert a Vodka only drinker with my spiced pumpkin ale and chocolate stout (not in the same glass, in the same sitting). Most of my other friends are bud light drinkers ONLY. How do I get involved with such short sighted people... There have been many times...

    bREW-CITY (MASS)

    Try pronouncing Leominster, and Peabody. The first is prounuonced like Lemon-ster, the second is P bidy, but said all together. Thank God I live in SaHadley, Ma:D Holy crap that was my 100th post, I think I will have another Harpoon Octoberfest

    An experiment in homebrew drinking...

    Lactose could be the culprit. The CCA I made with the lactose prescribed in the first recipie gave me a serious stomach ache, cut it in half and it was much better.

    Little or a lot of grain

    I just found a beer that I bottled a few months ago that was Hopped LME and it tasted very "thin", I compared it to a Kolsch that I brewed and even ran through a beer filter that I made and the differnce is amazing. The Kolsh was a partial mash, and like I said the other was just Hopped LME...
