    From corney to bottle

So I made 5 gallons of root beer and am loving it. However, I put it in one of my corney kegs and carbed it. Now some friends want to get some so I am wondering what would be a good (meaning cheap) way to get it into a two liter soda bottle. Can I just pump it out of the picnic tap and cap it...

why didnt my soda kit carbonate

I tried making Ginger Ale from scratch using Splenda and got no carbonation at all. :( I might try Root Beer soon and carb it in a keg.

    Dead Guy clone recipe

Recent issue of Zymurgy magazine has a clone recipe in it. I plan on trying to brew the AG of it in the next couple of weeks.

    Easy Ginger Ale

Just made two 2-liters of this. One with lemon and one without lemon. We will see what I come up with in a day or two. I can't wait to crack the bottles open and try it. I might have to try the orange too.

When to pull Hops out of wort ?

I leave them in while cooling. Instead of trying to pick up a 5 gallon kettle I use my racking cane to put the wort into the carboy. All that is left is the hop bags and a dirty pot. -Stanley

    Diet Soda

So I am looking to make my wife some Ginger Ale and my son some Rootbeer, but I do not want to use sugar. Has anyone tried the recipes listed here on HBT with Splenda or Stevia? Both my wife and me are Diabetics, so I am looking for an alternative for the sugar. I have read that Splenda can be...

Maybe going to 3 gallon batches

I actually just did a 2.5 gallon Irish Red BiaB tonight. I have the same issue with being the only one in my house that drinks it. Occasionally I do get people to come over and try my brews, but they are stuck on BMC. Well they say they don't drink BMC, cuz they drink some of the supposed craft...
