    Extract Full Boil Process

There is nothing really local anywhere close to Rota that I could ever find. I ordered everything online. The shipping was a little high but I was able to save a few dollars because it I had a military address.

Slowly building my brew system (what to add next?)

The two best things I did was stepping up to full boils and controlling temperature. I picked up a used freezer for 50 bucks. Just look around for a deal. Most other methods are a pain in the ass.

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

This is a killer brew. I did the side by side of a full boil vs a traditional stove top boil. The only difference that I can really notice is the full boil is smoother tasting. Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

Me and a buddy brewed up 10 gallons of this last night. He did a partial boil and I did a full. The only difference is we used a full ounce of hops and pitched 1.5 packs Nottingham dry yeast. Less than 8 hours later, both carboys are rattling in the freezer. Looking forward to tasting this brew...

bring to boil after steeping and before dme addition?

Steep, then add DME, then boil. Or steep, add some DME, boil, then add remaing DME, finish boil. Or steep, boil, add DME last part of boil. No need for two boils
