My electric with divorced control panel

My electric build is coming along, but slowly. I have a relay panel with receptacles, each with its own power on light right above it, mounted on the wall right next to my 60 amp gfi. I hook to my control box with a tail light plug for a trailer. I have plenty of room to expand for more...

    Ranger IPA

This IPA is hopped with simco, chinook and cascade to 70 IBUs as printed on the label. I found this to be a fairly balanced IPA with a good citrisy bitterness. Very drinkable at a price that is affordable.

    PID temp controller?

Iv been looking at a PID temp controller on ebay, looks just like the one I got for my freezer fermenter conversion, but it has 30a relay. Fermentation Time?

I brewed an IPA one day, the next day I brewed a Porter, and the next day I brewed an APA. I know activity in the air lock dosn't mean the yeast is done, but the APA had airlock activity for three days, the IPA for seven days and the Porter is still going after 15 days. I racked the IPA to a keg...

I can understand on a hot tub, spa, pool, ect. but how is a brew system different from an electric range, clothes dryer, or hot water heater? I'v been wanting to build an electric system, but never considered the need for a GFCI untill...
