    hop rhizomes storage?

    I will be getting a shipment of hop rhizomes this monday 4/8/13, but I will be out of town till Thursday 4/11/13! I have never planted hop rhizomes, what is the best way to store the rhizomes before planting?

    yeast to avoid?

    Clear beer!

    What is yall's secret to clear up the beer so fine. I make some pretty clear beer but the beers in this photos seem professional filtered. I have used 2 stage enzymes from my local brew store in San Antonio, but results are nothing what I see with this pics!

    Making a Blonde Ale with White Labs 001 ferm at 67 degrees for 7 days, now i am dry hopping in secondary carboy for around 7 more days. does it matter what temp i dry hop at or should i process with the same ferm temp? :mug:

    Help with kolsch yeast (Ferm Temp)

    Well guys i will have some pic's in the next few week, just bottled by kolsch on monday (3-28-11). I used a 2 qrt starter and showed strong signs of ferm just around 4 hours after pitching the yeast. I ferm at around 58-62 degrees for 2 weeks and the bubbler can to almost a complete stop ALMOST...
