Shiner Frost clone?

I really enjoyed Shiners winter brew "Frost". It was a Dortmunder style beer. Has anyone tried to brew a clone of that? If so what would be good for Extract with specialty grains. Also, what hops and amount would be correct?

Dude i have been trying to find some type of clone to this style,i even emailed Shiner maybe they can point me in the right direction with grain bill, hops and yeast?
